The football psychology is totally diminishing from our game and it start with the coaching techniques.
The coach clearly speaks with almost no confidence and with no better understanding of the game spirit. Pre match commentary from the coach is not a Positive one when answering questions. He doesn’t know how to put fear in the opponent and it the first psyche before every match.
