Movie "Poodle Springs" starring James Caan RIP was released for television in 1998. The story takes place in 1963 in Poodle Springs, an upscale community in the desert, a parady of Palm Springs.

Not sure when this movie was released, but I think it's rather old, because James Caan looks pretty young still – maybe in his 50s? My guess is that it's a 80's film. It's a good upload, though. The story takes place in the 1960s (when cars were artistically beautiful) and is an excellent whodunit. We follow a private eye who was framed for murder (James Caan, RIP), and learn what he learns while attempting to solve related murders (they pile up) as the story unfolds. It's kind of slow, but I enjoyed it.
