  1. I REMEMBER A WHITE YOUTUBER COEN NANNICK SAYING THAT A BLACK MAN COULD NEVER BE HIGH VALUE NO MATTER WHAT THE FINANCIAL STATUS IS.
WITH THAT BEING SAID SOME WOMEN CONSIDER THE REGULAR
OLE BRUTHA 9 TO 5 AVERAGER HIGH VALUE BECAUSE HIS HEART AND KINDNESS.

  2. According to divesters, black men dont marry dark skin black women yet theres a bunch of dark skin black women who are married to black men an these women are roasting modern women. Gotta love it

  3. The girl point was logical and sound but not absolute.
Kevin Samuel whole angle was him being able to tell women what those men want and seek. The women who date them can still advise the uniform females with first hand experiences..

  4. BW issue is thay they think they are entitled to a man when theu dont put in the work to get one. Then they come online lying. They claim theu attract rich men, but turn them down. Then come online talking about they dont want a broke man lol.

  5. One problem is that although the lovely lady in the video is giving good advice on where to find hvm it still won’t help a lot of these modern women.

Why? Well, these women will go to let’s say a conference where these men are with an entitlement mindset and end up never getting approached by any man at the event. A lot of hvm can smell trouble from a mile away and so many of these women are just that.

Also good luck to any woman expecting a hvm to approach them at the gym in 2024 😂

Long and short is women need to understand their own smv and not punch above there weight except if they’ve been chosen. Lastly, women need to learn how to start a simple conversation and remove that “he should approach me” mentality or die alone 😂

  6. I don’t understand why “he didn’t marry you or want to marry you” is what folks preach. We really need to have conversations beyond marriage.

Because a large portion of these husbands are cheating on their wives…it has to go deeper than just being a wife when it’s come to meeting someone for marriage.

It’s like telling someone they were good enough to be a wife(because he married her)…but not good enough to remain faithful towards in the marriage.

  7. Discretion is of the highest importance among us well-off men. I can't imagine dating a woman who puts our business on Social media—this is something I don't tolerate.

  8. Why would women give advice to their competitors. They obviously wouldn't do that because its foolish. Every community accept black women met their husbands in college. Black women want that man to already be successful. Even simps don't trust a woman who wasn't with him while he was building himself up.

  9. Mergers/Acquisitions & Divestitures was more fun to me. Until I eventually filed a patent application and incorporated my own Computer Company… What was it like? THE NET, a Sandra Bullock film. I actually met her at the Phoenix Underground in Pioneer Square. What a coincidence? Yeah, right… While I was on sabbatical in Los Angeles I found myself on the Arsenio Hall Show declining the opportunity to sing the National Anthem, and I did some Extra Work through Maxim Entertainment. That was after the Extra's UNION collapsed. The "math wasn't mathin." So I went back to Seattle and got a REAL Job…

  10. I'll bet you RYDER knows who is dating who because they have events all the time, at least they did when I worked there. By the way, it's a MULTI-NATIONAL.

  11. One more scenario, if you don't mind. At one time I worked in the Pacific Northwest Headquarters of the RYDER Corporation. I had a Black girlfriend (Carolyn) who was a Business Owner and a Sweetheart, but she was too clingy. Between my girlfriend, my job, and my room mate (AL) , I was exhausted when I needed my strength the most. Western Washington was my immediate territory, but our office ran FOUR STATES, plus I had a contract with a certain SHIPPING LINE to Alaska. I NEVER EVER told Carolyn what I did everyday in my nice suits. When we used to get together after work she used to say "how was your day dear?" I never got off work and said "today, I kind of smuggled mercenaries out of Fort Bragg under the radar all the way to Seattle, and then had the soldiers and equipment loaded onto a huge Ark Like ship headed to Alaska to protect the Aleutian Islands."

Or, how about "We had a fight today because the District Manager went over my head and exceeded his authority. I wasn't rude to a customer, I was very patient, and very polite. I am one of the Best In the World. And, I smelled a rat, so I turned the business down. I told the customer to call one of our competitors. But, they didn't. they called RYDER back screaming for my Supervisor. That's not the way it worked. It was MY Territory, which is why they got me in the first place. Naturally they got me again when they called back, because there was nowhere else to go. It wasn't the District Managers business. Nevertheless he went over my head which he did not have the authority to do, and The WORLD TRADE CENTER blew up from a bomb in one of our trucks. And, then the Terrorist had the nerve to try to get the deposit back!

Anyway, we had a fight and I QUIT. Imagine how many lives could have been saved had I stayed and fought it out. We could have staged a MUTINY. And, we should have. Because that's when we lost this Country. It really was a Long Kiss Goodnight. I am not an Actor. I am not talking about the Movie. I am talking about IN REAL LIFE. I was there. They should have trusted my Spidey Senses. I grew up in the nice houses up the hill from COMPTON…

  12. Speaking of the Corporate Ladder. I used to Rep for a GIANT Family OWNED Print MANUFACTURER. I am not talking about a Kinko's or FedX. I am talking about one of my clients was UNITED STATES CUSTOM and Dulles International Airport, until I gained the Accounts of ALL the Airlines. To make a long story short, we were the supplier behind just about every business you can think of. We were so big if a Hurricane happened people got mad at us. I am not kidding. Now, what's my point? My point is that one day the Vice President basically suggested that I get rid of my girlfriend because she did not fit in. She did not understand that I was VESTED in the Company. All the other women & especially wives of the employees worked for the Company. It wasn't because my woman was Black. It was because she did not fit in. She was NOT an asset to me, she was a LIABILITY, and everybody saw it except me. Until it became OBVIOUS during a Company Picnic, which is precisely why Companies have social events for employees.

I hope you don't mind if I talk about a different job. My first job in Seattle was with a Photography Studio. I worked in the Sales & Marketing Office. When they finally hired a Black women and saw me talking to her the Manager (Esther) FREAKED OUT! She didn't want the Receptionist anywhere near me. Why? Because, Esher thought I was a Genius. She didn't tell me that, that's what she told RCA Consumer Service when they were bankrupt and needed a specialist to do a turn-around. I am a Merchant/Innovator, Builder. So, they let me throw their Multi-Million Dollar Marketing Plan in the trash and rewrite it by hand. And, then it started raining money like we had struck oil. The point being, my employers realized that I was too valuable to date beneath my level.

  13. Most are looking for a lifestyle fit. As far as body only one made reference said i had the body of a 20 year old and said i was stunning as i was walking away. I laughed.

I attract because of personality, ive been told many times I'm a light. I just likevto have fun and can talk with ease with anyone. Cause looking for a man but i enjoy them at least making them laugh. Plus, i wm that style girl. I'm killing it, that's my thing. I got rid of all i owned in America to live expat. Would do it again.

I would say work on your personality. Get comfortable around men where none of them intimidate you, Forget you are a woman. Enjoy every experience. Go expat, black women are in our own lane. We stand out and are unique. Never hunt.😅

  14. That's all I attract, and they are everywhere. I live a nice lifestyle abroad, so everywhere I go including my apartment building I interact with them.

I went to check out new construction at a developers company. The CEO went for a direct interaction. I went in the Emirates Bank and the banker is holding me up with conversation, i opened my apartment door to see if my dinner had arrival. An attorney was up in my face wanting to exchange numbers. My real estate agent proposed and laid out his financial holdings and wealty family background. They come out of nowhere. I went to a pediatrician office with a friend some older, obviously wealthy guy runs up to me, asking me questions, trying to get to know me. I mainly attract the international man.
And entertainers and doctors who i have no interest in. Entertainers are run thrus and doctors around too much disease plus agents for big pharma.

  15. Ladies listen to men we are not looking for a wife hanging out at the finish line stop taking advice from women telling you how to get a rich man.The wife's of high value men will never waist their time to give you advice how to build with an average man on his way up the corporate ladder.

  16. You have to be the kind of woman that wealthy/successful men seek out-super fit, well-dressed, good manners, well groomed, etc. When I was single, only successful men asked me out bc of how I carried myself. Broke guys didn’t even try to step to me bc they already knew it wasn’t going to happen. How do women not get this?
