I don't need to date, I have been married to an awesome Indian wife for 13 years and been together for 16. I am a dark skinned Indian guy, sometimes people think I am african or Caribbean. In my daily social interactions, I will definitely say hands down, black women are much more polite and nice, close to a black woman comes may be an Asian woman.
