  1. As a foundational Black American living in Italy for the past seven years, I've experienced life in various regions—Rome, Naples, Puglia, and now Milan, where I live with my husband. One thing I've noticed is the difference in how Italians treat Black Americans compared to Africans. They see Americans as different, not as refugees taking resources like many African migrants. Have I experienced racism here? Yes—more than I ever did in the U.S., and I'm from New Orleans. Speaking Italian helps, though, and I make sure to stand up for myself whenever needed.

  2. I thought a black man got killed in Italy by a mob of Italian guys because he took a pic with a waitress, and they got off, keep your black ass out of that country

  3. 😂😂That's Not True. I Lived In Italy For A Half Of A Year And I'm BLACK American. I Didn't Have Not 1 Problem With The Italians. They Don't Like AFRICANS. Say That Instead Of Putting It On ALL People Of Color. They Don't Like HER. They LOVED ON ME As A Black American..❤

  4. When are we as black people, African American, or Africans going to stop going to Italy, France, UK, Germany and all other countries that don't want us there spending our hard earned money?…just ridiculous and I'm tired of those who go and get mistreated then posting about it….especially after we've seen countless videos over the years on this crap happening, F'n STOP going there!

  5. So the African diaspora will never learn?🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷 Come to Africa and stop being dumb Africans belong in Africa. I'm tired of watching these pity videos by the African diaspora. They must learn by now and stop being ignorant.🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

  6. Europeans, or whites in general, might be okay with a few scant appearances of non-whites, but once the numbers reach a certain threshold the sight and presence of others becomes bothersome. Not excusing it, but that is part of a trend.

  7. Black people STOP GOING TO EUROPE! You’re not welcome there. How many 🥷wake up calls do you have to experience to learn that. I get so frustrated when I hear Black people say the first place they want to travel to is somewhere in Europe like France, Spain, Italy and Greece, not knowing that these are some of the most anti Black places in the world.

  9. They see how America has become a toilet and pretty much every place you go turns into crime and violence. They don’t want you there they love their country and want it to be safe and clean. Sorry it’s a fact. Don’t get mad at them instead clean up your own and the change how your viewed by the entire world. 🌎 😊. Kamala will fix everything.

  10. The Italians are frustrated with mass immigration, the same way Americans and other nations are. They can’t separate a tourist from an immigrant. They just know you’re not Italian.I have been there on a regular, speak the language and am able to enjoy my stays there. They feel like their homeland is being exploited because people go there, expect to be assisted in their mother tongue, crowd up the streets, disrespect their customs/traditions, don’t even bother to learn about the history of the nation, culture, or what everyday life is like there. The same way Americans feel. At the end of the day a tourist is leaving to go back home, and a citizen is going to wake up the next morning and go on with the things that are possibly affecting them negatively. Immigrants are going to be catered to, free healthcare, housing, schooling etc. Just like here in America. Americans are frustrated with all the different people migrating to the US getting free resources including money, while everyday working class Americans are struggling, losing their homes, jobs, pensions, or just losing their way, and their getting no assistance. I have been to African nations and when the natives found out that I was a visitor they were completely shocked because, according to them the visitors never want to be among them. I was riding the buses, going to small shops and vendors instead of the fancy malls, I stayed among the locals to get an idea of what everyday life was like for them. Not once did I step foot in a “tourist zone” or go on a Safari. I learned Kiswahili so I could speak to Kenyans and Tanzanians the locals just couldn’t believe it. They truly appreciated it, I made friends there that I stay in contact with and when I go there I don’t have to stay at a hotel.

Apologies for the long story book, but I say all that to say as tourists/visitors we need to have some compassion also. When you are granted access to someone’s home as a guest you treat it as if you live there and appreciate it, the same way your host does. 🧡💛🧡

  11. Well, it is wise to do research before a person visit countries. It is a fake story going on in the Black women community that Italian men like Black women, in some cases they do, but it is mostly a fetish like, so some women go there and end up being used as a toy or a fling

  12. I have no sympathy for people who go to places that are WELL KNOWN to be racist and then want to post about it like they are shocked. greece, france, ukraine, germany etc. etc. EVERYONE knows this, so why give them your tourism?! You must be forgetting it was their government who put that man on the cross 2000 years ago. So you know what SOME of those people are, It's in their blood.

  13. Africa needs to stop those countries that do not like Africans from importing African resources. If they don't like Africans then they need to hate the African oil, gold, steel, iron and coal that keeps their countries comfortable.
