I've noticed the deterioration of several long term homeless individuals ( Between king Blvd and Vernon) who lack the funding/motivation to get available to be able to trust the system enough to not fail them, those folks have been oftentimes referred to as "some people you can't help", For example, like making them leave our community or dropping the funding.
