  1. Black and white people are equal. Black people are given the opportunities that they didn’t have when racism was alive. I’m talking about sitting on the back of the bus and having separate bathrooms. Those were terrible times. Newsflash:
    It’s 2024 not 1960. It’s over now.

    Let’s move forward

  2. But so so so many white pilots have already crashed and are still crashing, if anything those who cheat at everything else might ve cheated some place along the way and hence not qualified

  3. I appreciate your commentary and perspective. However, I don’t believe that it addresses the context of Charlie’s position: that regardless of your qualifications, if there is a policy that promotes hiring or advancing someone not on the basis of merit but on the basis of skin color, in this case, then it casts a taint on that person’s ability. Regardless of how talented the individual is. Like officer Tatum said, the airlines should say we’re hiring the best and just leave it at that.

  4. I had a patient once tell me that he wanted a “pretty blonde instead” , I told the blondes and they refused his assignment so he was stuck with me. By the end of my shift he commended me to my supervisor and posted positive reviews on his google page. Over time I’ve learned that no one will diminish my shine and I will always care for my patients regardless of their opinion of me because of my skin color.

  5. No squadron has been able to beat the Tuskegee Airmen's record and it drives racists crazy. Ever since WW II there has been this silly conversation about qualifications because of their record.

I feel better if there is a black pilot. Because I know he had to be 3 times as good just to be there.

Instead of an unqualified white pilot with low scores and is just there because of the "Good ol' boy" hook up.

  6. No group in America has reviewed more free hands outs than the pale people. They just created the stereotype that Negroes get everything without working for it as propaganda to demonize our people

  7. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️….. Rent free I tell you…. Rent free…. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  8. Just to let you know, the issue at hand is that affirmative action is being used in Europe and America to promote equality, even when individuals are not qualified. Take the US press secretary for instance; both her and her boss lack intelligence.

  9. What he said there was wrong but with all this diversity and inclusion stuff going on, I understand where he is coming from. I would hate to think that they would do that with a profession where they are responsible for so many lives.
