Black Middle-Class ATTACK! USPS Alarming DOGE Deal! 10K Jobs AT RISK

Let’s talk about something that’s been a lifeline for our communities for generations–the U.S. Postal Service.

Right now, significant changes are coming. The ‘Post Office’ has been a pathway to the middle class for Black families since 1865, offering good-paying, stable jobs with benefits that weren’t always available in the private sector….

  1. Its funny when the top people in charge waste money time and efficiently every one wants to cry wolf. But now that its being noticed by the goverment yall want to put the blame else where. Next time make sure to focus on getting the mail out on time and doing your jobs efficiently instead of sleeping and playing on the clock! I dont feel bad for postal workers at all. Ask me how i know been there seen it first hand. Most of the mail is a day or 2 behind and express is all ways a day late when it could be out on time! Next time straighten up!

  2. As a letter carrier, I can say there needs to be better pay (most letter carriers make around $20-$30. This pension fund has the postal service broke and consistently pinching pennies. It’s really unfortunate because the work we do as mail carriers is hard, a lot of process and demanding schedules like you wouldn’t believe. Many carriers have federal benefits they can’t even use because the work is so in demand and physically tense.

  3. I’d be interested to know how many annuitants are actually using the health benefits from the post office vs simply using Medicare Part B. While the post office pays 75%, there’s still an additional cost to the annuitant outside of the estimated $170 they pay monthly for Medicare part B.

  4. DOGE should be asking why the last buyout was for a few crafts only. There should be a buyout for the EVERY EMPLOYEE in the USPS.. If positions need to be replaced, they can replace them with new hires that start at the bottom of the Pay-Scale.That alone will save USPS BILLIONS in labor costs. What a concept, replace especially old expensive Letter Carriers with young, cheaper Carriers. Management can't even do a proper VERA correctly. Unbelievable.

  5. The post office is a service to the American people not a government jobs program for any race. The post office lost billions of dollars in 2024 and it's on track to lose almost $7 billion in fiscal year 2025. Something different needs to be done and if that means cutting jobs so be it. Another point I may add, African Americans make up 13% of the population but according to you 30% of the post office workforce ………. Seems a bit racist to me !!!!!! If it were any other race other than African Americans that were that highly represented in a work force you would be pounding the table blaming racism and discrimination !!!! It is not right for a company to lose that amount of money and not cut jobs. The definition of insanity is continuing to do the same thing but expecting a different outcome.

  6. You’re one racist mofo Roland. At my station here in Texas there is 50 city routes about 10 black carriers but in your eyes only those 10 matter. Not the rest of the Hispanic, Asian and white people. This is about all of us you jackass not just block people. Get a clue!

  7. Mary Fields had the star route contract for the delivery of U.S. mail from Cascade, Montana, to Saint Peter's Mission. She drove the route for two four-year contracts, from 1895 to 1899 and from 1899 to 1903. Author Miantae Metcalf McConnell provided documentation discovered during her research about Mary Fields to the United States Postal Service Archives Historian in 2006. This enabled the USPS to establish Mary Fields' contribution as the first African-American female star route mail carrier in the United States.

  8. LEAVE US ALONE!!! USPS!!! We al need our jobs!!! Leave us alone!! We ARE HARD WORKING PEOPLE!!! WE NEED OUR JOBS!! LEAVE US ALONE!!! GOD WILL HANDLE ALL!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾USPS FOR THE PEOPLE!!!

  9. Isn't it the plan to push everyone into cities east of the Mississippi. That way, the population will be a bus ride away from your hospital or pharmacy. Im not sure if this is part of Project 2025 but I read this in a urban design journal at my place of employment 20 years ago.

  10. So its not about the ups. It's again about blacks. What about the other colors? They don't seem to matter. It's just about black. Fear and hate and maybes are dangerous in some hands. Stop spreading racism and hate. It's not just about blacks

  11. you know the usps has poor customer service most of the time. those workers are rude and give attitude, but is that a suprise anymore? sometimes its good service but most of the time..
they are so stuck up i swear. deny it if you like but it is what it is

  12. I'm just going to say this. I work for UPS for the last 30 years and you'll be surprised how much mail we sort and deliver over back to the post office for them just to deliver because can't handle the flow that comes to them. The post office is s*** it doesn't run correctly anymore. Not like when my grandfather works for it. People don't give a s*** if they get their packages. They're always late. The packages are always damaged the post office. Something needs to happen with it

  13. Oh God, I'd be so glad when these Republicans realize that trumpo and musko must go forever. It's only creating chaos. Greed for the rich as he said that he'd do. The rich didn't have anything to worry about. musko needs to get out of the US and never be able to come back. Take his tesla vehicles with him
