I think the Title needs to say "Black women" but black men would be the 2nd most disrespected, not the " most " disrespected.
I think the solution is to help fix the broken Black Community by learning from the Communities that have got it right. First stop the disrespect black men give their women online and via rap music , that would be a great start. Next would be to learn self love etc
