  1. That’s why I have a problem with buying land in Africa , I’ve been to Kenya πŸ‡°πŸ‡ͺ recently and the loopholes you have to jump through to buy a piece of land is ridiculous! That’s why in many of them cases you better off renting or buying a flat because that land has went. Through all the process needed to build there and hopefully no issues one afterwards! But I believe that if black Americans going to these lands then yes you should do lots of research also you should be on top of the current situation development in that particular country! Most cases you’re not on top of it you can be scammed or you can possibly have what this brother mentioned now in the video happen to you .

  2. A building may be destroyed only if it trespassed on someone’s right of ownership and can be authorized by the court to destroy it ( not acquired properly) or it’s been built on a state property,no house will be destroyed without this reasons, and considering will be given before anything is done…..coming from a land surveyor in Ghana, please conduct your necessary searches at the lands commission before purchasing a landed property

  3. Is because African Americans was slaves, european settlers brought them in America and treated them as animals, it’s very ugly story, that’s why African Americans go back to Africa Ghana.

  4. All the have to do is make a law that no country who’s race of people owned slaves can buy or own land. This is for Black Americans to own and have until they decide to sell. Must pay the government taxes.

  5. There are more stories even deaths and murders robbery scamming manipulation extortion and theft abuse corruption trafficking and more in connection with melanated AMericans that move or have moved to Ghana and other places IN THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA people just don't want to be honest alot of us have untold stories

  6. It's easy to purchase a land in Ghana but you have to investigate and verify with the land commission. The Lands Commission will provide you the right owner of the land b4 u purchase it.

  7. Please I don't want to hear anymore that Nigerians don't like black Americans, I'm a Nigerian Swiss and I just had a very bad experience trying to make them feel at home in Switzerland but they see you differently like they are smarter and you are stupid not seeing you like brother.

  8. Ghana is a small country and Africa is wide open.it’s clear that if all African Americans only relocate to Ghana congestion will occur, dear brothers and sisters african American please consider moving to different countries also like Cameroon πŸ‡¨πŸ‡² Zimbanwe Namibia Rwanda Nigeria etc…. You are welcome brother and sister . Don’t let this story discourage you.

  9. blaming the problem on colonization makes no sense unless ghana is still colonized ,to have lingering vestiges of colonization still present in ghanaian culture says to me these people are playing wih being independent they must as a society conciously make an effort to unassimulate themselves from colonialist ideas & behaviours , mimicking the ways of your oppressor is not how to do it .

  10. There are reasons, however, as a white American, I would love it there, you know in Mexico they tell you you own your house, now if you leave, even if you continue to pay your mortgage, you never own it, it goes back to the company that sold it to you people can never build equity in the house and when asked why do they do it, they said the rich need to stay rich.

  11. Even in Uganda we have land you can't own. All kingdom land you can own and I believe we have 7 kingdoms plus the government of Uganda own its own land.. And you also have those who prefer to lease their land, and also you have family owned land. In all that confusion I would still prefer homeland.

  12. African Americans should stay in America! We don't want or need them in Africa. They don't like Africans in America, why would they like us in Africa? If they couldn't get along with the whites, Mexicans or Asians in America, how would they get along with Africans in Africa?

  13. Sad, and unfortunate as we also have some of our African American brothers here involved in petty crimes against African. While both cases are untoward, EDUCATION becomes a must to iron these out. .
