Some senators will always deviate from the main issues mixing other constitutional provisions of humans to mean and include cow movement..
Some senators do not want ban, that means some of them are the owners of the cows and are in support of the crimes the herders are committing.

If the issue of cow movement within the states will be compared with human beings, then it's quite obvious that it's of no use for senators to move from there states to Abuja and make laws. 😂 Cows will rule Nigeria very soon.

The Northern senators that are against this bill probably have herds of cattle grazing these unapproved areas. They are part of the problem, so why would they agree to the solution.
I don't think free movement means spoiling other people's properties. I think people should be reasonable honestly.

How can a senator call the movement of cows from one state to another, the movement of citizens? Are these people thinking just like their uneducated brethren? Or, are they just denying the truth? We are not even the biggest beef producers in the world, why don't they learn how this business done in other countries?
