  1. Bro am watching from the US this is a very delicate topic and I will be happy if you do an extended version. There are more stories to be shared from the US about this papers issue.

  2. I hate this. Im married to a yoruba man who im pretty sure is using me for papers. I married him after knowing him only 2 weeks, met him on POF and he has an “ex wife “ and three kids in lagos. I was desperate to be married and rushes into this. Fools rush in.

  3. I'm happy that I found your channel. You are one of the most honest and genuine vloggers that I have found. My husband is Nigerian and we have been together for over a year. I found your channel first to learn more about Nigerian food and then found your travel vlogs. However, these "Say it Like it is" videos are amazing. It has helped me better understand the viewpoints of Nigerians that moved abroad and are a part of the African diaspora. When I started dating my husband, I never thought he was using me for papers. We just dated and fell in love. It's sad that people judge others so quickly. It is easy to tell who is trying to use you and who is genuine. Keep making the amazing content!

  4. the whole situation is unfortunate honestly but as a woman like you said It is more important for me to safeguard my heart and life and it is for this reason i do not even entertain men without legal citizenship

  5. personally I as a woman I would not marry any man without papers cos I can't trust them. But I won't disrespect them , its their life not mine. We can be friends just like any other friend.

  6. it's all about intentions at the end of the day but never judge because of no immigration papers… if they are honest from the start you either decide to help them or not and not judge or condemn

  7. There are many women who live in the states as well as Europe that are well established and just want a man who truly loves her and gives her the life she wants and needs. The problem is the man/woman is not forthcoming with their intentions for a relationship or not. There are young woman that want to begin a family as well as older woman that are looking for love and companionship, The older woman(40yrs and above) understand if the man is younger that he needs to have a family and will over look it as long as the man shows her love, respect, and transparency .There are also Men & Women that have financial difficulties and need some help so that they can get back on their feet. So if you can be honest with what you want, Just tell the truth!!! Nobody likes to be used for your selfish gains—

  8. I am new to your channel , it’s a brilliant Chanel and I love how you have said it “An illicit type of game ,”very very childish , I have first hand experience on this . Mine was in a church setting . First point of accusations was that , in fighting this injustice. I was called a whore who would was sleeping with the guy involved by congregants lol not that I was bothered , but I fought it to the core , I even enlisted the help of my family who were also firm in the approach. The guy as you have indicated was very brainy and articulate and because he was that intelligent, he intimidated a lot of them . Him not having papers was what gave them the upper hand. I am glad I have a supportive husband who understands who I am to the core , I can never look away and do nothing when evil like this is happening , he as always was very supportive after I explained what was happening. My husband is Nigerian. Cut a long story short , this guy later moved to America and is happily married to a Kenyan girl who lives and works in America . He calls me a sister from another mother to this day . I guess all I am saying is we should be prepared to fight for what is right despite the discomfort

  9. UK Africans are on some other shit. That doesnt happen here in the US where people call immigration on someone else. We dont even like Mexicans but even still we dont call immigration on them. but goddamn, the self hate and self destruction is a beast in our communities all over the world.

  10. Man, women are more advance bro they even go as far as using voodoo to veil a brother up seize your consciousness for few years . once they get the paper after 4 years and they’ve finished building their house in Nigeria that you don’t know about . they gone . mission accomplished . Have seen it happen to a friend of mind . It almost happen to me, I had to apply all type of technology to track them down. Men, it’s real out here . hence a lot of Nigerian men are scared of Nigerian women. I guess it’s vice versa . Ask five Nigerians they will probably have a story to tell .. but I get your point still . Sometimes you have a man looking for a wife but the wife is looking for paper. two different needs vice versa . one need to be mentally prepared for them type of journey though. it’s costly when you’re the only one working ..and all you’re looking for is love and your partner is looking for paper as she’s not interested in love at that moment by the time you finish doing the paper for her u will find your self singing black eye peace “where is the love “.. like you said in your other video Naija like to abuse stuff .. you just have to sift through each other’s motive before getting involved in the relationship and be honest up front too ..

  11. This is my second video of yours I'm gonna watch, the 1st being you talking about Nigerian sense of entitlement. Respect for having such a balanced views, amazing! An Indian friend told me what "they" do and I immediately understand why these guys are far ahead of us. I'm not saying it's not in such community, bruv you've nailed it, there's something fundamentally wrong about us Nigerians and it's the same thing why our country is such in a mess. It's unbelievable how people believe they're better than someone who hasn't got papers or respect people more base on papers.

  12. My friend. In abroad its dosent matter you have paper or citizens. ,as long as you have a job making your good money ..my friend you even better than citizens that born here..number two those useless among them collecting welfare has no place on earth..the most important for any immigrants is to made is money and leave ..otherwise you gonna be poor like a rat in your nearest future..believe me or not , am telling u this from experience .am here in abroad for 21st year now..and I can thank my God for knowledge he gave me..be smart..I see most of them their future is in drain here in abroad..repeating the same things every day till the rest of their life..paper is not the issue..the issue is be smart .

  13. Let those people's come to Canada ..forget paper .,. As long as they are here,, they are already residence ..but not parmanet resident..but its ok here..they can work , have education and even get their health care card..as long as they leave quite and obey Canadian law. .and at the same time they can use another legal way to apply in so many different way here in Canada..same equal right citizens had .they have it too…good country Canada.am proud of it all time..same equality for everyone .

  14. This is a 50/50 conversation, there are some stories you hear of guys scamming or conning women with papers into false relationships and you snap ur fingers in disgust. But that being said it is also not a mark of success, truth be told some pp got their papers with a bag of lies. The fact that someone cannot tell those lies, or study a five year course as primary preriquisite or afford to do masters to upgrade their qualification…dnt be surprised coz this is the same nonsense that happens even back home; someone gets a job before u n suddenly u 're a layabout…dnt sweat it, a pig can't be washed clean, never

  15. I think you should be cautious But not judgmental. I do think it is right to threaten a person or make anyone feel inferior. A person's worth is more than an immigration status.
