Enjoying this video so helpful. Thank you my sister . However when is the rainy season for your continent or is this only for the natives ? Is Ghana interested or welcoming to African/ Americans? Also is there any helpful programs for 400 year African / American descendants or any government help to purchase land or low interest rates on loans? Where is there any incentives that has some action in it to encourage the relations. Here in the US the people can be of one mind set and the government could be of another mind set and this can happen anywhere no judgement on anyone. I know I really enjoy a lot of what little I have seen in over these 10 months of the people so far.

This just how westerners do real estate it is all about location location location . This could just be my experience not here to shame nor judge . Simply wanting some real adult information . Know one wants a bath without water. I trust I am not the only one I am sure not everybody have land in Africa.
Where is the most important information. Cheap house no good without land . Cheap house no good without knowing the locations. Just need more clarity. A map where are these new homes yes or the nearest transportation systems or cities , food home supplies.

Are land purchases in Ghana freehold or leasehold? My understanding is that foreigners are not allowed to purchase freehold and can only get into a leasehold agreement for 50 years (this information comes from a very reputable law firm). Also most of the land in Ghana even for Ghana citizens are on a leasehold agreement. The government, tribal leaders and some families own the majority of freehold land in Ghana. If this is true then buying land/property in Ghana (without true ownership) is really not financially sound. Buying on a leasehold agreement makes you a very long term renter.
