No way DF3 sounds hollow. It's one of the most solid putters I've ever tried.

I'm still using my Ping Eye 2 from 1998. I've replaced the grip a dozen times but I have confidence in that putter. I have a rifle that I hunt with that I've had since 1988 and use it every year and I never fail to put meat in the freezer. Why do people continually replace their putter?
I think in the upcoming years we are gonna see more brands make putters like the LAB. Ultra balanced
Lack of speed of the DF3 killed it for me. I gave mine to my wife who uses it just cuz it's pink. Too much skid as well. I'm sticking to my Envroll and Ai One
that background with the trees looks so perfect, it looks fake.
Just swapped my Scotty Cameron Select Newport 2 for a Odessey Jailbird 38" and for me it made a huge difference.

Best putter for you is usually the one your FITTER suggests. Get fitted people!! If you can pay for a driver fitting to use it 10 times a round you can pay for a putter fitting!

Torn between the spider tour x and the Scotty Cameron phantom 9. Gonna try them out tomorrow for the last time and go with one of those, might even put a super stroke grip on the Scotty if I end up going with it
I have always disagreed with what they say are the best putters, best club videos. The Best putter is the one that you feel most comfortable with, just because putters are said to be the best ever with huge price tags doesnt mean more putts made. Yes l have fallen for it countless times and tried so many of them but have always gone back to my old ping anser from the 60s. Its the one that l have made more clutch putts with and the most comfortable with.
That's not the Spider Tour model that Rory uses, he uses the Spider Tour X.
Obviously Scotty Cameron didn't sponsor you enough to include them. Not sure how you can take this seriously as an article without one of the leading putted brands. Btw the idea that somebody uses AI to generate a putter is laughable marketing.

The Best putter is the one you are most confident in, not the newest, now the most expensive. been playing this game for 55yrs and have tried many putters. Latest one was the Cleveland Huntington beach soft 11. felt good trying it out but could never comfy looking over it. traded it in local shop for a regrip of my Ping Asner and 2 dozen Titleist Tru Softs. I always go back to the ping anser putter l found caddying at a country club in Massachusetts, in the bushes off the 18th green in 70, Its in my bag now and staying there.
