Damn im hungry
Very good food🙂
U suppose to steam the cous cous my morrocan family had a heart attack
Are your prunes smoked or just dried?
Please explain what you mean by your seasonings have already been toasted? I have all of these, but I have to pre toast them or can they toast on that meat?😳
This looks amazing! So glad you included the spice mix recipe! Made it tonight, it was so full of flavor! Family ❤️d it.!( I used Mahatma yellow rice and added your spice, raisins and pine nuts. It was also great!)
Looks lovely yummy.
Ps: u pilot on a cap for the mwah ☺
Working in my attic today while this was cooking. Could not stand it, had to knock off early. This is the most amazing chicken I’ve ever cooked. I had some home made preserved lemons ready to go so added them to season the chicken overnight. And moved the lemons inside the chicken before cooking it. I used all raw roasted spices for your Ras el Hanout recipe. The couscous turned out phenomenal prunes, sultanas, olives, Tabasco and all. You weren’t kidding about this being the best everTagine chicken. Nearly chewed my fingers off. It rocks! You’re the boss man👍👍👍
Amazing
As you say, Morrocan cuisine is one of the best (apart from Mexican). I loved that if you bought ready-made ras-al-hanut, the vendor would remark sardonically that it was only purchased by wives who could not cook!
I been to Morocco.,. when I was young.looks delicious. I try this recipe.keep it up nice food. Insha' Allah.
Looks great!
Can you use chicken breasts

Dude can I come to your house for dinner? That looked absolutely glorious!!!!
That looks lovely…. Going to do this tomorrow…. I've got all the ingredients except the prunes! I hope tinned ones, from Morrisons, will be ok 😐 x
I didn't get all the ingredients for the cous cous
220 Celsius is 425 Fahrenheit. I’m concerned it will be dry if cooked for 90 minutes. Any thoughts?
How long time the chicken is cooking in the hoven and temperature 🍗⏱
Never had Moroccan food…um currently pregnant and craving something I've never had…aka im bored of the same ol (Italian, Mexican, Southern, and American food) gonna try this Friday with saffron rice or will that be too much at once as I've never had either
I always thought it will be very complicated but it’s simple and easy will try this for the family Thank you
Tried out your recipe. The chicken was really nice. My family loves it especially the spice combination. Thank you for the recipe.
My abuela was born in Morroco. Have to eat with your hands! I am making this for the family tonight. Thank you! Blessings to you and yours!
Mashaallah
Looks yummy
As a Moroccan, you did a good job with the seasoning. You added your own freestyle to it as that’s not how we make it traditionally.
Yum…
Love Moroccan food. Great recipe 👍
