The story itself is okay to follow, but it is chopped into so many parts with a bad spoken text.
To me personally the whole movie is an absolutely disappointing one and not worth watching it once more. 😢

The chopping & voice mismatch were painful but I listened more than watched – was knitting a sock which as it turns out, doesn't quite match the first – so more mismatch
Hard to watch, kept jumping around and voices did not match the sound
Such a lovely movie. Such a pity the voices where not synchronized with the picture frames, and it was out of sequence as well. Quite frustrating to watch.

I wish I had the patience to watch this film. The copy online has scenes flipping back and forth. It is chopped up. Too bad.

strange editing…ppl are talking but we only see their mouths moving, no sound…..weird, repeated scenes out of order ….. equally ODD editing for the end too. Sheeesh

The movie would have been good BUT it was butchered. The audio is awful, — sometimes ahead sometimes lagging behind. Totally mismatched stealing my joy of watching the movie. 😡

Serious sound problems, but the movie is cute if you listen rather than watch. The voices don't even match the person talking t the time.
Heidelberg has Christmas shops open all year around… I remember spending time near the walking street and enjoying the stores there… my favorite Starbucks in the World… so beautiful! 🙂 Miss hearing the German language.

Like many of you I would have really enjoyed this movie without all the chopped-up bits and pieces. The voices not syncing with the mouths. It's so sad when someone who is not American uploads and screws up a decent film. This seems to happen again and again, along with wrong titles, no credits rolling, muting all the time. It just stumps me, and I guess it shouldn't. Look at the uploading person's name.
