  1. Tom, btw what would you say about dates? They're so high in carbs, and they're relatively high in calories, 200-300 per 100g, i also eat a lot of bananas, and yes, oats are great for bulking, because they've slow complex carbs, and it's hard to get them from other foods, for example banans are complex but fast, peanut butter is so good because you don't have to even worry about carbs on them, you eat it with bread and banans anyway, It's literally 1000+ calories from snacking on peanut butter + banans + bread
