Besigye, Lutale appear in court martial for case mention


Four-time presidential aspirant Kiiza Besigye and Hajji Obeid Lutale have been brought before the General Court Martial in Makindye for mention of their case. The court is also expected to deliver a ruling on whether they can be tried in a military court or a civilian court.
