Senegal is a cool place. The people are nice, but the future for the Senagalese people looks gloomy. Why? Simply because there are more white folks walking around, with dogs and living. This is always a sign of a host and parasite relationship worldwide. Progress means the people have more. That ain't senegal……
In Egypt & I wish the men would not approach me (sexual harassment) but they do. I have a feeling that the men will approach me in Senegal too but I hope this lady is right & they leave me alone.

Excusing a society who names you "black foreigner", where your gender is not taken seriously, where you dress not as you like but as they want. If that society was white in Europe, every one would stand up and call them unanimously "RACISTS". But blacks cannot be racists can they ? So we say it's their norms and traditions and we carry on. HYPOCRISY at it's most ! I have to adapt, I adapt my speech I adapt my behavior. Oh come on girl you're living in a racist society and you don't have the nerves to say it. You are forgiving the slave merchants who took your family from the inland African villages and send them to slavery while they stayed back.
