  3. I used to be 130 and I loved how my body was then, I stopped eating as much and rn I think I’m 100, I have had a bigger appetite lately so I think I did gain some weight back I just haven’t scaled myself yet

  4. I have the Chocolate One and use chocolate almond milk with Greek honey yogurt, roasted pecans blueberries raspberries & peanut butter…. Taste wonderful and smells great.. also it’s 10 calories more than the vanilla. Very fast weight gain if consistent.

  6. So imma be doing an update after around a week to see how this worked on me, keep in mind I’m a tall female quite skinny and could do with a lil more meat on my bones.
    I’m 5”11 and 17, the last times I weighed myself i was 65kg as of starting my weight gain journey (4days ago when writing this) I am now

    Day 1:I’m going straight into using 2scoops for full effect but instead of using water I’m using milk (500ml) to mix it with (I don’t recommend using 500ml if you don’t like it being too thick and foamy like)

    Update after 11 days: So I haven’t quite kept to my daily goals and I have had the shake everyday I’ve had a total of around 3, to tell you the truth I’m slacking and to make things worse I’m currently ill right now but I’ve weighed myself and I’ve gained around 2-3kg so I’m around 67kg. I will try my hardest to finish the container of mass gain in a few days when I feel better. I’m currently trying to eat around 2000-3000 calories a day which sometimes I keep up with it other times I don’t.

    I’ve come to the realization I may suffer from an eating disorder but I don’t wanna self diagnose myself, but it’s possible I can do this.

    I’ll be back when I’ve had around 3 more shakes

    Update 2months in:

    Well damn it’s been a while, I still haven’t had the remaining powder of “mass gain” the thought of having makes me feel sick and the smell no clue why. But I’ve just recovered from covid and I’ve been getting really sick these past few weeks unfortunately with that being said I lost weight, when weighing myself recently I’m back at 65kg but i can say that weight has gone to my thighs and butt area which has been noticeable to my friends (I haven’t told them about my weight gain journey) they’ve been asking me what I’ve been doing and I’ve been saying nothing which tells me clearly there’s a difference and not a biased opinion compared to if I did tell them. I also haven’t been sticking to recording my meals down on an app that I use. Unfortunately in this update I wish I could say I reached my goal of being atleast 70 or 75kg but that’s not that case, I’m going to try my best to keep on top of my meals as there are days where I don’t feel like eating alot and I want to apologize for the long awaited updates.

    Also I want to note my mistake is that I do not work out on top of any of this my main goal was just to gain weight but I really should try working atleast at the end of the week to turn the fat into muscle
