  2. Hello, blessings. Thank you for this amazing video. Just subscribed to your channel. I was recently diagnosed with asthma and it's been debilitating with chronic coughing and congestion. By any chance, did your diet changes improve asthma symptoms?

  3. Bless you sister! I am so happy for you for finding the plant-based lifestyle. I have been living this life for 10 years now! My transformation was due to health issues as well. I tell people, the transition may not be easy, but it is so worth it.

  4. Just found your channel!! I hope all is well❤
😩 smh, this is me now. I'm definitely changing with the help of God. I literally gained 10 pounds in 3 months since starting my new job where all I do is sit and eat. I spend so much money on fast food, and every time, it's always messed up to the point where I couldn't eat it. Im constantly tired and drained. I know it's a sign from God🙏🏾

  5. I am doing OVAD – one vegan meal a day! At 50, I have 6-pack abs, glowing skin, and a beautiful aura. My biggest problem is getting sexually harassed…especially by women 1/2 my age. Help me Lord!

  6. I was told to become plant based after a stroke one year ago this week. It has been a journey and sometimes I feel I am living on beans and greens 🙂 I feel the pain for cheese. I have had a day once a month sometimes where I get that egg and cheese, but this last time I said I think my gallbladder had shock 🙂 Can't wait to watch more of your videos and learn more of what to eat

  7. I just started eating carnivore this past few months. Healed my eczema, gave me so much energy that I desperately needed. I feel amazing, I’ve lost weight, my skin is totally clear. No constipation, no gas or bloating or horrific messy bowel movements. Eating mostly meat, no processed foods, and very few carbs is truly healing. But I’m very glad you were able to heal! Praise the Lord. I believe we were all originally vegan. (Edit: btw I had been eating my own whole food plant-based home cooked meals for years. Lentils, chickpeas, kale, sourdough bread- I made everything from scratch. I just didn’t have enough energy. I needed a nap every day. I would binge on dark chocolate and homemade cookies because I wasn’t satiated).

  8. Q: the hairstyle in your after photo – how do you achieve that? It’s like a crimped style on a blow out? I think it’s the same style in your family photo too… And can you do videos on how you style your hair?

  9. Thank you for this video Holy Spirit SPOKE LOUD definitely convicting me! I know this video is a year old but… Congratulations to you on your third baby!!!

Praying you’ll create more content soon! I would love to see a video on how to grow your hair going plant based and how to loose postpartum weight! 🎉❤✌🏾

  10. Avoiding the sugars and the heavily processed foods and embracing plant foods is the basis of a healthy diet, but meat is not the evil threat to good health as posited by many vegans. Everything should be received in moderation, because you can give your body too much of the same thing, even if it is good for you. I really appreciate that you espoused the advantages of a plant based diet without condemning others who are not fully vegan, which is in keeping with the instruction given to the disciples by Jesus, concerning one another's differences in diet. Bodies have the same basic nutritional requirements, but there can be a lot of variation in how the body is able to digest, or not digest, different foods. This is where discernment comes into play, to first, follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in all things, and to get to know your body as well as you can, monitor its responses to everything, and make personal adjustments accordingly. What works for one may not be what is best for someone else. There is nothing wrong with being different! I am subbing, because I definitely want more ideas for healthy dishes. It is so good to find YouTubers who are striving to please the Lord with their content. Being in God's family provides some wonderful opportunities for blessings, and I am thankful for hearing of how He has blessed you, and for you, for sharing with us! 💖🙏

  11. HALLELUJAH…I love that you acknowledge Jesus as your strength and help throughout your journey. Thanks for sharing I am presently doing a transformation myself and have removed a few things from my diet especially starch and sugars and I have lost a few pounds. I pray for you and your journey in life and God Devine Grace will cover you, your family, and your ministry in Jesus' Mighty, Matchless, and Holy Precious NAME, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!!!

  12. Yes! I would like to know how to make hair thicker.
I have been a vegetarian for over 30 years. I adored cheese, maybe even more than sugar. I ended up with two strokes in my 50s and 60s, and after the last one decided to have two servings of cheese a month. Usually a piece of pizza. But lately I have been wanting to convert to plant-based. Going to replace one dairy thing a week or so. The last thing to go will be plain yogurt. I do have a problem with oxalates, most likely genetic, which limits many staples in a PB diet.
