What's the phone number because evertime I call it's switch off
Anymore houses left?
Dentaa darling.! My question is does the interest rate paid on mortgage by diasporas same as indigenous ?
When did Ghana get to be so expensive. I need to look at another country in Africa.
African country… property valued in USD. HOW SICK IS THIS?
The prices are not much more than a new full size pickup truck. Very reasonable. Also don't forget you're buying into the road and infrastructure too, it's not just the unit itself that cost the developer a lot of money.
But if we buy the lease hold and we rent it, as a monthly flat, can the average Ghanaian afford to rent it? I know these are sticky questions, but we don't want to be the new Ghanaians that cause income inequality. Hit me up on email so it doesn't cause a problem. I like straight talk. kicksncapz@outlook.com
But whats the point? It cost 2k to travel. To stay for 2 of 54 weeks?
I would live here is it was near the ocean, in a walkable city
Is it Indian owned
why America money, it's not America its ghana such rip off no America are not falling for that it a shoebox of a house too pricey.

Why are you pricing them in dollars when you bought the land, the parts, and paid the workers in Ghand cedis. Every time he mentions the price in United States dollars, I'm turned off.
((YOUTUBE ESTATES SOUTHAFRICA)) sorry Ghana not for me
Hi denta, am James from Australia and want to speak to you.
That's too much. Those houses are so close . Doesn't seem worth it
Are you selling it to Ghanaians or Americans. I dont think any Ghanaian will buy this expensive house
My biggest concern is he kept talking about hospitals, shopping malls but they are not there. Will it ever come? May be not. After 86 years then what happens? And then you pay foe the house and they only give you an indenture for you to go figure out the title yourself? . Guys I am not sure about this arrangement. I personally will look into one that at least gives you all the documents that indicates it belongs to you after paying someone $75000.00 hard earned cash.
A 2 year mortgage is too short it should be up to 25 yrs as in the western world cmon now we are not talking about buying a fridge or a flat screen !!
Where's the kitchen?
How does Ghana expect anyone to move there when the houses are so expensive for such small square feet?
You mean 90k or just 9k
Do they accept agents?
Awesome as always.
I cannot comprehend why all these developers price their properties in dollars when the ordinary Ghanaian worker is paid in cedis. Who are the target customer base? How many Ghanaians can afford these? Who is catering for them? Everything cannot be all about diaspora diaspora diaspora. What about the indigenes? No wonder there's so much corruption in the system. I don't blame them. At the end of the day, man must eat.
Term is too short. Not all of us makes $3k- 5k per month. Average American make about $1500-2500 per moth.
Not all of us here in the diaspora can come up with $42,000 in 12 months after paying their bills. Lol. It's good price but it just for the person who can just pay all at once.
Thanks for taking the time to ask all of the questions I would have asked. It's so necessary to know as much as possible before purchasing. We appreciate you, Dentaa. Keep up the great content and work.
Are we buying or leasing it?
The mortgage needs to be looked at 2 years repayment plan excludes a huge market extension of the terms of the mortgage would open up these property to a much wider market.
Why do you mention U.S dollars instead of Ghana cedis?
You aren't in the United States to be using American dollars
Where's Apollonia situated
Incredible 👌💯
