  1. She said right they are walking trauma.. and with that produce mayhem.. confusion, anger rage.. these were ones babies.. where there is no leader…counselor or guidance. This is the results of the youth.. when you have a race of people who ruled over you.. destroyed your communities remove the man from the house.. the rap music, drugs, and all types of confusion in your community… this the results of fallen people.. that now possessed by demons and believe me its going to get worse out here.. 2/3rd shall die according to Yahweh.. my skin folks yall better pay attention to the times we in look at all these disasters. Time is over. Humanity has fallen.

  2. "It's frustrating to see parents struggling with their kids when they were the ones who didn't discipline them when they were younger. Everything seemed fine from kindergarten to 12th grade, ignoring teachers' warnings about their behavior. Now, these same kids are causing trouble, and suddenly, everyone wants the city to intervene to stop the violence. We need to go deeper and address the influence of rap music on these kids and prioritize sex education in schools."

  3. As Black people, be careful of the "help" you ask for from the government. That may be used as a pretext to attack the entire community, as we learns in the 90's.

  4. This is on the parents and their hands off approach. Also when these kids are arrested the citizens can’t beg for leniency. Let their violent behinds go to jail.

  5. Let's address the elephant in the room. It's not any one of the reasons that were mentioned that are a reason. The reason is in the past 40 years our culture, black culture, is trash and produces deviants in male and females!
The individualist mindset that creates narcissistic behaviour that makes our people despise accountability. Boredom should not cause one to commit criminal acts! This is the byproduct of bad parenting and even more awful community. We use to not be this bad.

  6. @Demetra……. I live in NYC, and there are a few boys and girls clubs or ymca programs left, but they are color coded now. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️just saying

  7. Baltimore is a chocolate city. They have allowed the city to fall apart. So many of their politicians are corrupt. I've lost track how many have gone to jail. I don't understand all of the complaining. This is what you chose when you voted.

  8. I'm going ask for AFTER SCHOOL Free programming so they have places to go. Not the 💩bag cops. The parents should be asking for AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING and they wouldn't be at a crappy mall doing nothing. 😡

  9. Literally across the street from Mondawmin is a high school, a college and in front of this particular mall is the CENTRAL HUB for all who ride the bus and subway including those who ride to/from school. To be honest no this would never be put in a white area because of the heavy volume of people- this mall is also historically one of few places Blacks could shop aka OUR mall in Baltimore. Political figures have called these ‘Kids” y’all speak of wild Apes, several authority and teacher figures have been charged with sexual assault in their school systems and several police have been found to be crooked and prosecuted for it- so they do t have good examples to follow anyway. Just some info for ya that wasn’t mentioned.

  10. It's not just the parent's, it's also the fault of the "community". The motto is "MYOB". If any police showed up, y'all would be crying "racism". If the stores took action, you'd cry profiling. The "community" created these problems, those kids know nothing will happen to them and they take full advantage of it. If your kids get in trouble, y'all always blaming everyone else except your kids. I'm sure that every parent of these kids, blame the mall, blame the police, blame other kids for the trouble. Bring back that famous "Baltimore mom" who saw her kid on TV doing crap, and went on down and slapped him around.

  11. I live in Baltimore. What that one gentleman was saying is that there use to be a social service office in that mall. Also use to be other services there but everything moved out. And yea no one cares about that area. The mall is called Mondawmin Mall. We call it murder mall The city cares about the white neighborhoods more than areas like this

  12. Oh my Sister please change this title….yes our children are in much need …..they are experiencing too much …..the question is yes he needs to be accountable….. but when are we going to stop asking them folks for stuff?? Has nothing to do with democrats…..so are you Republican?

  13. Part of this is BW's fault. You said "defund the police". So the powers that be are letting y'all see how much you really need the police. In addition, it's parents responsibility to arrange for their kids activities. My parents made sure we had something to do: like go to the library & read books; (an entire summer reading program) visit Children's Museum, visit grandparents couple weeks, If you were part of Girls Scouts & Boys scout, summer camp, vacation Bible school. But of course, people today would rather beg the government than raise their kids.

  14. When Jimmy Carter was president, he made sure there were programs so teens could WORK. We had jobs every summer. Teens helped pay bills at home. There was no time for acting up. I haven’t seen any such program since Jimmy Carter. Always $ to give other countries, but no investment in youth programs here at home. 😕

  15. Mondawmin Mall has been off the chain FOR YEARS! I had a USMC recruiting office there. The USMC pulled that office out over 20 years ago. Damned shame my Baltimore has rotted.

What an incredible city it used to be…

  16. IMO these are common "side effects" of constant breaking up of Black communities that kids are not growing up naturally with one another and the infrastructures that we grew up with are no longer in place. There's nothing to do so they get into trouble. yes, it's more than that but those are the basics.

  17. You cannot keep blaming government for these kids acting like Knuckle heads
Me and my brother was dirt poor. But we know how to act around people. This all come from home the way they r raise. I'm So Glad I Got My Azz whipped by my Mother No excuse
    R.I.P. Mom❤

  18. What they doing is they taking our funds from my resources and giving it to the migrants like they supposed to vote on this supposed to do something like that no they're not and we're not going to vote for y'all either cuz you're doing the wrong thing

  19. This is all being overlooked by design. The system has taken options for teens away so that they can result to the violence and degeneracy we are witnessing! Unfortunately, unless the parent (particularly men) in these communities step up these neighborhoods will deteriorate according to plan…
