Thank you Dr. Mandela. You are an answer to prayer. Thank you for sharing and encouraging us to live healthier lives everyday.
He's plagiarised all the research done by Jese Inchauspe (aka the Glucose Goddess).
She's been detailing this for years now.
I can attest to this. My A1C was 5.7 in March and in June, after eating in this order minus the sugar and drinking water as my only source of hydration my A1C was 5.3.
For extra information, You might also want to watch the glucose goddess Jessie Inchauspé
Sounds like you’ve been watching the Glucose Godess
Doc, I greatly appreciate your service here. This type of information is rarely ever spoken of by Physicians. I was labeled Pre Diabetic for about 5-6 years, had no idea what that meant, as no one in my family had it. I was blindsided when 'diagnosed' diabetic. Now I am confronting my enemy by choosing to eat healthy. Thank you for what you do, I appreciate your sharing valuable information with us. Be BLESSED Dr!
I was exhilarated watching that speech and hope the naysayers will stop the nonsense and build on this obvious momentum!

Thank u for all ur help & advise god bless u ❤🙏😊
I have been eating foods in the wrong order then. I often eat berrys with my meal but I eat them after the protein, or potatoes or whatever. At least I got the dessert last part right ! lol. I don't eat vegetables- of any kind. – Now that I am older I wonder if I should be worried – but I still can't bring myself to eat them . I'm not overweight as I have mostly just a high protein diet- I don't know how I would manage to overcome a thing like that- eating vegetables.. Especially, as I am older now and in my senior years.
I’ve heard both, Orders of eating your food, Protein,+ Fiber+ Carbs and like Dr. Mandel said Fiber+ Protein+ Fats and carbs. I’m not sure which one to start with first.
This guy has been, a blessing.
Agora todos copiam as dicas da Jessie… 🙄
I usually have for breakfast a mix of vegan yogurt, organic berries, chia and flax seeds, almond butter and walnuts.
