  1. Doc, I greatly appreciate your service here. This type of information is rarely ever spoken of by Physicians. I was labeled Pre Diabetic for about 5-6 years, had no idea what that meant, as no one in my family had it. I was blindsided when 'diagnosed' diabetic.   2. In adoration doc,Moderation is the is the key even if the carbs ND sugar are the least ones.Some of us will abused to eat when they know it's ok to take them but put it on the last list,still liver ,brain ND panreas will carry the burdens

  3. I have been eating foods in the wrong order then. I often eat berrys with my meal but I eat them after the protein, or potatoes or whatever. At least I got the dessert last part right ! lol. I don't eat vegetables- of any kind. – Now that I am older I wonder if I should be worried – but I still can't bring myself to eat them . I'm not overweight as I have mostly just a high protein diet- I don't know how I would manage to overcome a thing like that- eating vegetables.. Especially, as I am older now and in my senior years.
