I love Chermoul on fish. But why remove the eye? I've done with Red Snapper but usually opt for a Sea Bream.
Why the hell would u put foil underneath itt..?? Knowing it sometimes sticks..ur better off cooking it in a big non stick oven pan…

All looks good, thanks for uploading. One minor suggestion – maybe next time, don't add the nail polish to the recipe, its cleaner to cook without it. Otherwise, looks awesome!
