  1. Wonder how the locals feel when the american tourists come? I lived for a while in ireland and all the irish used to laugh at all the american tourists who turned up claiming to be irish due to their great great grandfather having been from there.

  2. It's not only African Americans who are going there. We are all going. Carubveabs British Canadians. Africa is our ancestral home and we are going back away from this toxic western life

  3. @3:46 its interesting how some Blacks still love to say they are EUROPEANS, AMERICANS etc, they are still in mental slavery, not running far away from their MASSA'S PLANTATION…………….

  4. I like you using the term South of the Sahara and not the derogatory term sub-saharan which was intentionally coined to decouple Egypt from rest of Greater Africa Region. I have recently heard people using Continental Africa instead of sub-saharan and I think it's in order.

  5. Commentator get your Facts right! According to research, "One Million African Diaspora from around the World 🌎 returned back to the Motherland of GHANA 🇬🇭, during the "2019" " Year of Return Campaign in Ghana 🇬🇭. In addition, President of GHANA 🇬🇭 has also granted Ghana citizenships to (All) African Diaspora 👏

  6. Sir, it's over 10,000 of us move to ghana 🇬🇭 from the USA alone already since 2019 and there were over 5000 living there already we are still moving every day from Europe the Caribbean, and Asia back to ghana it's our home where we belong. Our ancestors were taken by force to the west. It's time to come home my Hebrew people, it's time and it's now. Shalom

  7. Ghana served as a center for slaves from other nearby African countries because of its(Ghana)position or location which make it easier to transport the slaves to the other parts of the world. So out of the 60 castles (later became slave dungeons) built alone on the coast, 40 of them were in Ghana of which about six remain.
So to know more about slavery, Ghana tells a "visible" story showing the real places where the slaves were kept before their shipment. This, in addition to the peaceful environment in the country, makes Ghana 🇬🇭 a first point of contact for African American who wants to move to Africa. In fact this is not the first time Ghana is championing the return of African-Americans, Ghana started a long time ago, even in the 60s, and the early 90s with a program christened, "PANAFEST". Then the recent 2019 one dubbed, "A Year Of Return"

I am told, Liberians are also African slaves, who did not want to stay in the US and therefore were moved to the present location after the abolition of the slave trade.
