  1. Been trying 6 drops oregeno essential oil 2 x day for four weeks and no relief yet. Do you think it's worth continuing? Or does anyone have anything that's worked for them, any advice would be appreciated. Pain is from 5 x Spinal Stenosis, Spinal Ablation helps and get minimal pain when I lie down but as soon as my weight goes on it my pain flares. I won't go into pain from other areas, all mainly from injuries received when I was young.

  2. I don't know this oil pl
Tell me where i can get it and how to use it. Since i am severely suffering from lower back pain and i find it difficult in the bed and i can't sit since i am getting severe pain . Pl help me. Whst is the remedy.

  3. Thank you so much. I have two herniated discs and sciatica, so I in a lot of pain today. I will like to try this. Is there a brand that you like? Is there another natural remedy that I should try? I really don't want to take the prescribed painkillers/narcotics because I'm afraid of them (don't want my organs get hurt by them) also I extremely dislike the drowsy feeling.
    Thank you very much.

  4. I'm just shot gunning this question across the internet. Going to come across a doctor that knows or knows who would.

I wake up with excruciating social levels of pain in my thoracic spine… Mind you I have no intent of doing it because that would be the end of experiencing the rest of life.

Anyway. Excruciating thoracic pain. WHEN YOU TOUCH MY BACK IT IS LIKE I'VE OVER THE SPINE. Normal in all tissues surrounding it. If I had to measure based on the parts of my hand feeling the cold when I touch it. I can say full thoracic three inch wide path.
