In this video, Traci performed a swipe and achieved great cells by mixing our white paint (top layer) with our Cell Activator Flow Control. Cell Activator Flow Control was developed for bloom techniques but works wonderfully in swipes and Dutch pours. No oily additives or chemistry is used.
