  1. As advertised at the start of the video, I am in good partnership with Adron Home & Properties in Nigeria. From as little as N25,000 in Deposit, you can become a land owner by spreading your payment across 12 or 24 months. Invest in yours and your children's future today.

Send me an email to foodchannel1960@gmail.com
and I will send you an Application Pack containing the list of estates, locations and prices…act now.

  2. The key reason Blacks are paid less is due to them generally not negotiating their pay at interview. Its been African bosses trying to pay me peanuts – all bosses are trying to save money off of employees

  3. Are most blue collar workers fearful of investing their money in stocks and bonds?
Blue collar workers are not fearful of stocks and bonds it is just something too foreign from their interests and experience. . Blue collare workers, and millions of others with little exposure to the world of investment awould consider buying rental properties first with their savings. Real estate it is something they can easily relate to.

The idea that you can realize a much better, safer income by investing in financially strong companies paying high dividends is difficult to sell them. They like to see a tangible asset.

They would have to be taught how to recognize financially strong companies. Who is going to teach them? Not the the typical financial advisor who wants such investors to blindly accept what they are selling which is often a mutual fund that pays the investment advisor a high commission but often provides a poor to mediocre return for the investor.

  4. I’m sorry Phrankleen, I was agreeing with your guest on most of the things she was saying about lack of planning within the African community in the West. But when she said African parents don’t like their children to succeed, sabotage their children are in competition with their children. THIS IS THE MOST UNINTELLIGENT AND MOST NAIVE ARGUMENTS I HAVE EVER HEARD. PLEASE DONT MAKE HER OUT AS THE QUALIFIED EXPERT ON LIFE EXPERIENCES AND HOW TO SUCCEED IN LIFE. I DONT KNOW WHAT FAMILY SHE COMES FROM AND HER EXPERIENCES WITH HER FAMILY ETC. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT THE LIFE I EXPERIENCE AS A CHILD AND AS A PARENT. SHE MAKES A LOT OF CONTRADICTORY STATEMENTS , WHICH HAS JUST FIRED ME UP. MY NAME IS JOE MENSAH AND I AM PREPARED TO HAVE A DEBATE ,ON AIR, ON SOME OF THE UNSUBSTANTIATED GENERIC STATEMENTS SHE MAKES. PLEASE SET IT UP! ALSO I WILL POINT A LOT OF CONTRADICTIONS FROM BOTH OF YOU. SO MANY HOLES IN YOUR ARGUMENTS.

  5. I have also had realization that we always talk about money but never about what things we can create that will bring that money. A whole continent full of natural resources and yet we don't even have a basic standard of living.

  6. To be honest the whole global structure is slavery system. There is no right or wrong answer if you are able to find opportunities and you know other people can also benefit from those opportunities let them know.

  7. Brov it would be best to get the fake money what ever you can afford and build home in Africa but we need people like you who we can trust in fact there has to be people from the diaspora to go down to the mother land and build homes this is what is needed

  8. l dont share that ladys view that if you are in the west one should not send money home to help their parents.Thats not correct because africans are not westerners and the africans have a diferent approach to life.l dont see anything wrong in trying to help your parents when they infact dont have enough. So you are duty bound to help out otherwise you will regret it if they die of hunger while making huge savings part of which you will have to spend for their burial. My take is to look after your parents while they are alive and you will have a much better life with their blessings.

  9. I really understand what yll saying abroad is not easy having 3 jobs what jobs do we have. Back home no opportunity. I know it difficult but their is still light I don't spend my money on flashy things. I even want to start a bottle water company it was difficult atleast I have to make it for my kids not for Me.

  10. THE REASON WHY BLACK AFRICANS ARE BELOW THE LADDER IS BECAUSE MAJORITY DO NOT REGARD UK AS THEIR HOME, THEREFORE SEND THEIR INVESTMENT TO AFRICA WHERE THEY ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE COMMUNITY AND FEEL AT HOME .

  11. Life insurance, investing in index funds and spending within the black community will completely set your lineage up for generational wealth. Simple things that not enough of us do.

  12. I put your channel trying to sleep after a nightshift but in that bit of sleep I was massaged with the truth which is happening in our lives as immigrants we just money making machines you get loan's at extotionary rates work hard overtime everyday while the natives refuse and yet got a better life immigration ain't easy you get 2andhalf years on a 10year route each application if you lucky can take at list 4to5 year to process with appeals which is huge amounts for lawyers and everything what makes us so special anyway after what they did with Windrush after 50+ years.

  13. The issues of poverty are complex and the reasons for it are multifaceted. I disagree with the lady guest on certain points. She seems to victim blame more than giving an accurate analysis. Firstly, I agree in taking responsibility for the factors you can control but I disagree that it was once an 'equal playing field' and blacks are simply falling behind because of a lack of planning and unwise decisions. Blacks are surviving in a global system that is built on a racial hierarchy with whites at the very top, Asians, Hispanics in the middle and blacks at the bottom. I'm not excusing shortcomings I am just stating the obvious. When were blacks ever on an equal footing with Asians or Latin Americans? She's articulate but there's alot she doesn't understand and she speaks with condescension. It's easy to blame African parents but I need to remind you that many of them were born in colonial rule in Africa. They've had their own trauma and struggle for survival. Education was the only gate way to even half of a decent life. They are not imbicles they can only do what they know. They've made mistakes but they've got black people here.

  14. Interesting conversation. My father sent me this link he knew I would enjoy this topic as it’s almost a daily conversation in my household. Emotional terrorism 😂
