I am watching from Portland, Oregon, but am ethnically a full blooded Eritrean, African. I was even born in Sudan. Your video caught my eye because the picture looked just like what Eritreas' staple food of what is called, "Sephee."
I've never seen anyone in the world, let alone any cousin African nations have a replica of this food. I'm a year or so from becoming a high school geography teacher in the States.
I try very hard to diverse myself and learn about other African nations other than my own. I can't say anything but pure love and admiration I have for the Gold country.
You guys make me very proud. Everything about Ghana, the way the people carry themselves, and the amazing history of this place is but another reason why I am becoming a teacher in America.
One can not change the past, but I sure can improve the present and help better the future. I do that by teaching the kids here and showing them about all of us in Africa. Beautiful video. Thank you for uploading it
This food looks so delicious. I love the blend of spices you put on the meat. I will be trying that next time I make palm soup. Thanks for always teaching us new ways of cooking. You are the best.
Oh this is really nice but why don't you add the roasted salmon after the meat was almost cooked. I'm from Ghana and I live in Osu. I love your cooking.
