Can you serve Kpakposhito with Fried Chicken, Fish, or Yams, Kenkey, Banku, or Kelewele, Mrs. Drewry?
Can you use 1 Large Onion, some Corn or Coconut Oil, and a Food Processor for the Kpakposhito Recipe, Mrs. Drewry?
Please can you boil the pepper then afterwards, use a different pot for the frying of the pepper??

This looks really good. I’ve grown kpakpo shito in my garden but didn’t know a recipe like this so I just cooked it with seasoning and onion and vinegar. This looks much more flavorful especially with the extra different type of heat the ginger must add. Thank you
