Authentic Ghana Dry Bofrot | Toogbei | Puff Puff Recipe | Beignets Croustillants In A Small Portion


Ingredients:
1 1/2cups Flour I used a mix of All Purpose & Bread Flour
1/4cup Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Nutmeg
1tsp Yeast
2tbsp Butter
1 Small Egg
2tbsp Evaporated Milk (Warm)
2tbsp Warm Water
1/2-1tsp Pineapple Extract or flavor of choice

  1. I used an air fryer for one set of dough and fried the rest in oil. The one from the air fryer tasted amazingly out of this world. The set I fried in a pan tasted amazing but not to the level of the air-fried one.

  4. can we reduce the sugar, cause that's too sugar. can you make new one less the amount of the batter, the video like the one scoop by hand method the one from the 2021. i really love the one scoop with hand the one. also how long to beat the batter (i meant the min you doing it) sorry comment. love your new video. thanx
