1/2 of a medium – Green Bell Pepper
1 – Carrot medium size
2 – Scallions/Green Onions
Ginger – About a thumb size grated
2 – Garlic Cloves grated
Chicken Seasoning – tt or Seasoning of choice
1/2 of a small – Onion Chopped
3 – Eggs
Soy Sauce – tt

Is chicken seasoning a Maggi cube broken up or is it something else? We moved back to the US after living in Ghana for five years and my kids are missing Ghana fried rice.
For the chicken seasoning can i use remie chicken 😅
