  1. They suppose to explain how the way to eat with enjra and flip the dishes mix with enjra just like the lenten for other new customer the waiter have to ask and explain about the food is very important as much as food looks great

  2. I've been loving your channel since I discovered it. Just to let you know, the names of the dishes she told you were in Amharic, which is the main language spoken in Ethiopia. In the main language spoken in Eritrea (Tigrinya), their names are as follows: misir = ades; tibs = tibsi or qulwa; wot = tsebhi.

    The dish that she called "key tibs" (Amharic for "red tibs") looks more like zigni/tsebhi to me but it could also be tibsi/qulwa with berbere and tomatoes. Anyway, thanks for the video glad you tried food from my country!
