African food katips I really liked
I've been loving your channel since I discovered it. Just to let you know, the names of the dishes she told you were in Amharic, which is the main language spoken in Ethiopia. In the main language spoken in Eritrea (Tigrinya), their names are as follows: misir = ades; tibs = tibsi or qulwa; wot = tsebhi.
The dish that she called "key tibs" (Amharic for "red tibs") looks more like zigni/tsebhi to me but it could also be tibsi/qulwa with berbere and tomatoes. Anyway, thanks for the video glad you tried food from my country!
Another great video,I can't believe about bad customer everybody must respect you ,you are doing great job for them .
