It is a disturbing fact that Mr Fayulu is claiming the illegitimacy of the president elect coming from the opposition when the Genvhal meeting was in fact about celebrating the opposition and not about choosing him as candidate to represent the opposition but any candidate, with Mr Tshisekedi supposed to be the automatic choice because leading the main opposition party. The opposition and the best person has therefore finally won or should we assume according to Mr Fayulu's attitude and contractions that at Genvhal already, a group of people including himself had sabotaged Mr Tshisekedi and that what we see now is just the revelation of it.
Mistake by the African Union or misunderstanding? The African Union might be experiencing the campaign of misinformation by French and Belgian medias the Congolese people and the world have been subjected to with regard to Congo election. Taking an extract of the personal lecture of the situation in the Congo where the AU Secretary, I think it was, said something like :"I frankly believe that they might have been fraud", and totally ignoring that the AU chairperson had earlier warned about interference in the Congo, which had manufactured these fraud allegation it is now evident, the journalists attributed the statement to the AU and went even to the extreme of saying that the AU has "ordered" the suspension of the publication of the results by the Constitutional Court of Congo, which has never been in the habits of the AU to interfere in a country sovereignty. Other medias around the world have just blindly duplicated the message by the French who strangely are always first on the news about the Congo election. The visit by a high delegation in the DRC was to bring their experience in the Congo process, which is now proven to not be necessary as there is no major crisis in the DRC. To save the face in this uncomfortable situation it has been put in by the French medias, the AU must recognise that the medias have said what AU did not say and congratulate the the Congo government and the Constitutional Court of Congo amazing work, and Congratulate the elected president.

The AU and Kagame are doing the right thing. Elections in Congo were rigged. Additional evidence should be provided in order to prove Tshisekedi won. How can Fayulu lead by such a large margin in opinion polls but still lose the elections?!

The AU needs to begin to fund their own programs instead of relying on Western countries. That way they'll have a stronger voice. Currently, they're just seen as an extension of the European Union. The Western vultures are unhappy that they didn't manage to put a puppet into office in the Congo, so they can continue looting the country. They killed Lumumba in the 1960s and replaced him with a vile puppet, Mobuto. To hell with all of them. Stay away from African affairs.
