  1. Calvin L take, pichana is fire when you slice 1.5 inch steaks and make sure to cut with the grain so that when you're slicing the steaks, the final slice is against the grain. Best steaks I've ever had.

  2. big by the way here, herons can also be found in large quantities in north america. I ended up harvesting one from above the cab on my box truck one time… It was a rather unpleasant experience. Kinda saw a bigass bird fly up 6" from the windshield then heard a mild "boom" above my head. 2hrs of driving later i pulled what was very obviously a very killed heron from the slit between the cab and box. -11/10 do not recommend.

  3. chickens raised in the US are not "genetically modified" or pumped with steroids as that is highly illegal and comes with incredibly high fines which companies are not willing to risk paying

    they are selectively bred, that being farmers for generations have looked at the chickens they raised, picked the largest and meatiest ones and have continued to breed htem with one another

    they are however pumped absolutely full of antibiotics which is a whole other set of problems but not for us eating them….. more of a problem in…. well there's a reason the bird flu exists
