During a One-on-One session on TVC News Breakfast, the leader of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) stated that the current ₦30,000 minimum wage expires by April 18th, and the demand for a new minimum wage is imminent. He emphasized that as of today, there is no minimum wage in Nigeria.

Tinubu is a maradona how much is 10k adding to my salary I swear if not that I'm doing maruwa work from 5 to 9 I will never be able to eat 2 times a day upon that I've to borrow before all the bill pay the man is a wicked government work is a scam nobody from level 2 to six can survive without get another work , maybe work 15 hours a day no resting day we can not survive this

Them will increase stupid salary to 30% at last 10k will join person money like say them can live with that stuppid money, awon olofo please do ilega deal to make money this government can't help to announce minimum wage turn to war and they appoint people to post everyday and they collect big money at the end we that work we collect peanuts, God will judge you all

  3. 😢So sad! Perhaps if senators and others could somehow try to survive on N15,000 / N30,000 a month (teachers' pay in some parts of Kubwa, Abuja FCT!!!!) they will immediately increase earnings to a quarter of their own monthly income. 🇳🇬

Thats what they did in 2019.They increased the minimum wage of workers from levels 1 to 9.Then for the rest, they added 8-10 thousand because of the consequences of raising the lower levels salary.The news was that ;" government has increased the minimum wage"When actually it was just money to buy some paints of rice.
    Now again we have a repeat of the past.

  5. Nigeria is so called country where only animals can run it the way it is being govern. They claim fighting corruption & instigating it. How can a family man survive with 30k as salary? & expect effectiveness & efficiency in his service?
