We already know where the Ark is. Is says in the Quran but only the true beleivers of God can figure out the secret. Like all secrets the Quran unlocks the secrets from the Torah and Gospel. We know who gog and magog is and exactly what year they attack, we know where Jesus is and what his role is. Lots more stuff. I dont get this. If God is a supreme being why does he want a sacrifice. God loves everyone including animals and I believe no harm should ever come to anyone including wasting a perfect animal for a ritual. This is what God did not want because it doesn't need a sacrifice.
Reconciliation with God can only come by submitting one’s self to God (being muslim). By repentance and forgiveness and guidance from God. Artifacts hold no power. When power is falsely assigned to them, they become objects of idolatry. With that you’re only distancing yourself from God.

Another factor is its weight_ It had to be carried by 4 priests, so that would mean it could not be more than a carrying weight suited for their shoulders. I have not seen its weight described in the bible, but if the top was gold and its cheribums (angels) would have had to be light via hammered gold (thin) They were symbolic of its Heavenly counterpart in Revelation –
