    I’m hoping you can help me manifest a more friendly demeanor.
    I’ve noticed that people often perceive me as having a negative vibe and annoying, and this can make it difficult for me to connect with others, especially in interviews. I want to be more approachable and friendly, especially in professional settings to land a good job. I’ve also noticed that my tone and facial expressions can come across as unfriendly, even though I have good intentions. Please help me on this @TheSecretByRhondaByrne

Hi Rhonda, may I know Is it ok to journal to vent in the morning and night or is that bad manifestation? in the morning and night and throughout the day I have so many fear and negative energy about failing again today of not doing enough, being productive enough and procrastinating, wasting time again, and not being balanced in spending my time, or just having chronic pain and tension. I find journalling helps me but then I just open up wound of negative past. I thought all the chronic symptoms I have are partly result of all the negative emotions and trauma I have surpassed and accumulated over the years, and becoming aware and journalling it out is the right way… such as according to dr Sarno's work. Yet LOA says this is bad a will attract. So how can I feel my emotions fully without manifesting it? When practicing LOA I find myself having more fear to be truthful and authentic to my negative experiences and emotions, which are many and seems to never end. A large resevoir….

    I use to suffer from severe anxiety and depression, but after practicing for already 2-3 years the Welcoming Practice, my anxiety became manageable and I sit down and let go again of all the burden from the past

  4. Is self talk also awareness? I remember when I was about 6 years old, I started to have self talk, in my mind, and these thoughts was literally telling me: do this, or do that, and it seemed to be higher intelligence, intuition, not something I knew already

  5. Hi Rhonda, I have recently discovered you and have bought your book. My question is, what is the difference between thinking and believing. I seem to think and visualise things well, but strunggling to believe this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
