– Whole chicken (or two halves): 5 pounds
– Water for soaking
– White vinegar:4 TBSP
– Salt: 2 TBSP

– Yogurt: 1/4 cup
– Ketchup: 1 TBSP
– Mustard: 1/2 tsp
– Olive oil: 2.5 tsp
