Legend
Maybe limit the age of flying kinda like cars. Nobody went to the moon.
RIP Sir, and thank you for your service.
Well, bye. A 90-year-old flying? Charge the fam for neglect.
Well, no doubt the adrenalin was flowing just before he hit the water.
I salute you William Anders
Looked like he chose his exit.
Devastated? Dude was 90.
RIP
William Anders
(1933-2024)
A 90-year-old mighty man! An ordinary citizen aged about 90 years is much weaker and does not feel life so keenly! RIP Will! We must love life and what we do till the end!
He knew what He was doing!
RIP and ty for everything you contributed to this country of ours God Bless!!
He went out the way he wanted to go Rip
i never would have thought that a 90 year old would be flying, especially not like that.
This isn't a cool thing….he faked that photo it's been proven.
And 90 year Olds should be flying you think this is cool? It's reckless and dangerous
If there was a fishing boat under him you'd still think it's cool?
Poor flying poor judgement.
I'd rather die with my family around me and not with my last moments being that of absolute terror.
Thank you very much
Noooooo!!!!
I have moonrise as my wallpaper!
Well he was doing what he loved, and that's all that matters! Have met and been around Bill several times at airshows throughout the year's and most all the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo Astronauts! Bill was a very talented wonderful American Hero I shall always hold dear to my heart! Now flying on wings of Angels! RIP Bill! With love ❤ Ronny!
Seems intentional like Skyking.
That's what you get for faking the orbit around the moon
I cannot say this is tragic at all. He lived to the incredible age of 90 and died doing what he loved. Amazing! But of course I hope his family is okay.
My deepest condolences to the family. A good friend of mine died recently, 88, who flew small planes, airplane broker and former Air Force, but he gave up doing the Angel flights about 10 years ago. I am deeply sorry for his family. If he were my dad I wouldn't have let him fly but I understand why he would continue to fly. My father in law also RIP 89 was the Gray Eagle and Vice Admiral Navy Pilot also quit flying in his late 70s. That is truly shocking and sad. I am sure he now where he wants to be: Absent from the body, home with the Lord.
RIP 🙏
Looks like Bart Sibrel and Marcus Allen were right 🧐
Better than dying in a rest home, & the sooner you get to heaven, the better! (If) that's where you're going?
He needed to be initiating that loop at a much higher altitude. I think he wasnt aware of how low he was until it was too late. Sad.
God rest his Soul. 🙏❤️
No better way to go after a full filling life, he went out on his terms with his boots on.
Godspeed. 90 and flying aerobatic maneuver's, I hope to still be mentally viable and alive at 90.
Cia said your not exposing the fraud b4 you die
Suspicious he was probably a risk to government, thinking about exposing the great American/world hoax
90 is too old to be piloting an aircraft solo.
90 years old. Great life. Great death. Possibly intentional. Better than dying hooked up to some machine beeping at him. I hope I can die with as much class.
Man……what a way to go unbelievable! RIP ✝️
'astronaut' ?! 🧐🤨🤭😆
👨🚀🟰🤡🟰🤥🟰💩
He takes a lot of secrets with him to the grave..
Rest in peace, Spaceman. 🙏
RIP Bill Anders. You almost made that last loop-the-loop
They were JUST talking about him on the news yesterday
