  1. From what I have learnt about this Clem Agba’s performance and actions as a Minister, I pray to my GOD that he NEVER gets a chance to govern my dear state (same way I keep praying against Ize-Iyamu). My family and I will never vote for people like them.

  2. Even if you don't have respect for the law but as a Governor of a state, how do you pass budget for the state with only 4 attending legislative representative of each constituency, just 4 out of the 32 which represent each people in all constituency was not present and the budget was signed on the same day (by only 4 representative of the people out of 32) , inside the Executive owned and controlled building totaling rendering the power of the legislative to void and complete shame.
Left to me Fubara clearly weaken Nigerian democracy with his actions and manner used to respond to Wike.
    FUBARA destroyed the legislative building.
FUBARA took the legislative arm of Government and absorb it into the Executive,
FUBARA pass the budget within the executive and not the legislative
The EXCUTIVE signed that budget and not the LEGISLATIVE
FUBARA never presented any Budget to legislative under the Legislative authority instead he destroyed that part of Government.
This is complete Mockery of the people who vote you in.

  3. Clem Agba is the only, I repeat only APC candidate that can stand a PDP Asue Ighodalo. Any other candidate will be political suicide for the APC. This also goes for PDP, if they make the mistake of taking a political jobber like Ogbeide Ihama instead of Asue, then they are finished. The Edo electorate is quite educated and exposed ……

  4. When Nigerians choose a side they try to perpetrate it.
Sections 91, 120 and 121 is not explaining that at the time of passage most of the so called members had defected and thus lost seats.

  5. It's quite disturbing, regrettably and unfortunate listening to half bran APC lawyer making monkery of the law to suit his pay masters.

He can't answer questions on the fate of 27 defected law makers.

Charge-and-bell Lawyers with cow brain everywhere.

  6. This man is eagerly looking for appointment from the federal government. I have seen him a couple of times running around some offices in Abuja. Of course he can’t say anything the government of APC does not want to hear.

  7. The candidate seems smart. But the party, APC, is the problem.
Fubara lost the battle the day that guy resigned as speaker and as a member of the house of rep. Fubara is not smart!

  8. How did this man became the West Africa Lawyer President? At the point of budget presentation, Rivers State has only 4 house members. Because it was clearly stated by, at point of defection, you automatically looses the ticket. At that point the 27 members defected, they seized to be house members by law.. Seun abeg stop bringing this kind of man.

  9. It's so sad that Mr. Fubara chose cowardice even when the entire Rivers State including Nyesom Wike's Obio-Akpor LGA people marched in solidarity and support for him.

His claim that no price was too much to pay for peace was the most-stupid ideology he took to the market.

If you want peace, prepare for war. A subdued adversary won't be eager to rise against you again but an adversary on a truce with you can strike at any time.

From all indication, he wasn't really ready to pay any price, even a simple one for the peace to reign.

He sends correspondences to the House of Assembly yet tells his staff not to receive theirs to him after severally affirming that he willfully signed the Tinubu agreement and was going to keep to his own end of the bargain.

Now, with the Federal High Court's order stopping him from spending State funds without proper legislative approval, he has unintelligently set himself up for an unassailable impeachment over a deliberate constitutional breach.

The man is such a dumb and dull fellow and I doubt if the momentum protesters generated last year will be generated again if a justifiable and legitimate impeachment action is initiated against him.
