Beautiful highly priced but justifiable
Absolutely unprofessional.
My brother and I have been unhappily living with HOUSS Rentals for 5 months now, and I can list the follow reasons for you to not rent with them:
1. Concerning reviews involving the deposits not being paid back – feel free to look at them here on Hello Peter.
2. Senior Management doesn't care about your complaints and ignore you – I have 5 months of e-mail correspondence regarding noisy neighbours leading nowhere.
3. The floors are PAPER thin. You will hear EVERYTHING above your flat.
4. There are restaurants on the estates, which means 50% of the people over the weekend are there to party, rev their cars obnoxiously and scream their lungs out in the hallways next to you sleeping.
5. They reduced our, and our neighbour's, lawns by about 1 metre with ZERO warning or reply to our e-mail.
The reviews on most if not all Houss developments are shocking. The stress isn’t worth it

Very nice looking place. I just hope there isn't going to be disturbance from uncontrolled kids in the form of unnecessary loud noices
South African Apartments-
1. Built by competent professionals, well build but cheap and basic finishing.
Nigerian Apartments-
1. Sometimes look beautiful both within and without
2. Generally built by mostly incompetent professionals who don't know what they're doing.
2. Full of very visible structural deficiencies and including workmanship errors.
3. Basically, danger hidden under cosmetics at completion.
Kenyan Apartments- 1.Well built
2. Generally beautiful both within and without 3. Generally spacious, well finished and generally very fancy..

Hi, You know I always prefer you give us the details than just letting us listen to music, coz shem rona bana babathu ntho tsa makgowa hariditsi.😅😅 Well again I didn't really have a problem with one sink and the bathroom combo (bath-tub & shower head), but eyy watching your channel always, it made me hate that set up as well😂😂
