She doesn't specify what aspects of Israel / occupied territories constitute Apartheid. You won't find that out from this clip. She just uses the word as a label.

The two state solution is actually apartheid .the current situation on the ground is an illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories.
The truth matters.
Apartheid is a short description to describe a political solution to seperate two nations with different culture, language, values, religions etc. In English it means seperate developement. Just as the "two state" solution for Israel is to be the solution between Israel and Palestine. No racism in that!
The word was Anglicized into two words, namely "apart" & "hate". Voila! and there you have RACISM!

500 000 Trained soldiers from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Canada, Australia fought against 50 000 Boers that were only farmers. America kindly supplied the horses for these British forces.
Boer farmsteds were bombed or burnt down. All farm animals were either killed or confiscated. The woman and children were taken to Concentration camps at times they were forced to walk long distances. Some of the woman pregnant or with small children they had to carry. Others were loaded in open railway trucks. The heat was unbearable. Not enough food, neither water. If nature was calling, they had to do it in the precense of the children.
In the Concentration camps about 20 000 woman and children died of disease or being unde😢rfed.
Note: Blacks were kept in seperate concentration camps where about 26 000 died of malnutrition and disease.

I can say with a loud voice, this is a complete religious fanaticism. Israel is a religious extremist state, not a democratic state. The great proof of that is the occupation of the land of Palestine. And the blueprint for the establishment of Greater Israel
Canada called aparthied "the reservation system." Still to this day, reserves are allowed very little in terms of life giving and life sustaining resources. Its this standard that prevents Canada from truly standing up for Palestinians. To admit that Israel is an aparthied state would be to look in the mirror and see its own failures, its own continued injustices towards its indigenous people.

You are missing one very important point. Israel and “Palestine” are separate. Israel has its government and “Palestinians” have their own government. Arabs in Israel have the same rights, resources and opportunities as Jews in Israel. Apartheid doesn’t fit in Israel because it’s not happening.
The U.S. did that to the immigrant Chinese in history too. They had been put working on building the railroad in CA and other parts of the U.S. They don't allow Chinese to live anywhere but next to the prison building. The U.S. doesn't allow them to bring in their wife and children to the U.S. for 100 years. Then eventually where they lived becomes China Town. Chinese had been mistreated for decades. Chinese had been murdered and injustice and lawless treatment from America 100 years ago.
