Hi
Do you have a recipe book just on anti Inflammatory?
Spinach smoothie could be really dangerous because of high amount of oxalates and it could, in some cases, lead to kidney failure.
Carnivore diet seems to be standing out as the modern day most anti-inflammatory diet. While spinach and blackberries have nutritional benefits, including antioxidants, they have high levels of oxalates that can cause kidney problems, but more importantly, oxalates can accumulate in different parts of the body such as joints and the brain leading to auto immune like symptoms in joints and brain aging diseases like Alzheimer’s.
Be careful with spinach which is rich in oxalates and histamines
