  7. Avocado and tuna could be good. Avocados are actually grown in the Central valley of California. The Central valley California has oranges apples grapes nut trees. I think I'm totally done with processed food I mean natural food is so much more delicious. Thank God they're protected farmlands.

While spinach and blackberries have nutritional benefits, including antioxidants, they have high levels of oxalates that can cause kidney problems, but more importantly, oxalates can accumulate in different parts of the body such as joints and the brain leading to auto immune like symptoms in joints and brain aging diseases like Alzheimer’s.

  11. What can you do with anchovies? I got a tin of some nice ones from Trader Joe's without bones or skin. My brothers used to eat the boney ones and it grossed me out. Hope they are still healthy without bones.

  12. I liked your recopies. Most of them have ingredients that are not hard to get and you give a heads up on when you are using special equipment. I tried the Classic Broccoli Salad. Everyone liked it!
