Thanks for 20K subscribers! What are other questions you have about Ghana real estate?
In America when I see homes with the metal security fencing on the windows & doors, it usually means it's a higher crime area. Does it mean the same thing in Ghana?
Good job sis
@ANAARKUTU’STAKE

Don't waste your time and money in Ghana it is all over price with terrible road and no water and electricity. Stay away from that over price and corrupt place. 😊 Peace

Stop importing things you shouldn’t
She sounds like a typical "con man". Sweet talking and a smooth answer to every question. The maths does not add up. Look at the typical Ghanaian salaries and look at the typical real estate prices. 90% of the population cannot afford the (USA matching price tag) properties at one eighth USA matching incomes. Smooth place for the rich to scam the masses. Typical Africa!
Reputable agents and the agent fees being charged the renter by both the landlord and the agent as a percentage of the rental amount! Why?
Infrastructure is eff up and you want to charge the same as a develop country.. Accra is not like America so please stop with the nonsense explanation… light off bad roads no water and no regulations
Pure nonsense… greedy Ghanaians always charging foreigners more money on everything
I'm not buying it! Literally! Ghana's housing prices are unreal and a way to squeeze people wanting to return to the Motherland.
We’re r cheapest land
ARE THE EXPENSIVE LANDS TOO IMPORTED? PART OF IT IS GREED, THEY BUY THE LANDS FROM THE CHIEFS FOR BASICALLY NOTHING AND SELL IT AT 10,000% PROFIT.
Ana is really knowledgeable as far as real estate is concerned. She intelligently answered all questions. In short, she has the vocabulary for us to comprehend clearly.
My dear diasporas pls don’t think Accra is all Ghana. Move to other regions and live in peace. Check out the Volta region, very nice people, beautiful people, very principled etc
I see a lot of the diasporans keeps complaining about the infrastructures such as electricity, inconsistent water supply and bad roads. I'm appalled by those statement. Ghana is a developing country and when you hear such statement you wonder why the individuals come to Africa with that mentality. Most African countries were under colonial rule except two for thousands of years. They looted all our precious minerals and enslaved our ancestors to finance and build their countries and wealth for over 400 years. Anyone that wants to move to Africa should remind themselves that most of the countries only regained their independence less than 70 years ago and the colonizes did not build many infrastructures except for the so-called castles and dungeons to profit from these edifices. It took the Europeans and Americans over 400 years and still developing throughout and Ghana which is only 66 years old is no exception. In the next 100 years plus Africa will look amazing and most people will appreciate what we've been blessed with. If you're not ready to be part of the solution then don't come, you just stay where you're most comfortable and appreciate what you have.
Despite the economy, profiteering is a significant issue, plus the lack of regulation.
Great short video Tim. That’s just the problem. The internal roads are terrible. You can built a beautiful mansion in a new green area, 10 years later it’s all soil erosion. Not good at all
Firstly I’m proud of you my Asante brother. I’m 100% Akan too. All your points are valid, I would say just make that trip to Ghana and everything will fall into place thereafter. You need to go and see it for yourself, it will transform your mind.
People need to wake up. Africa is a developing country but EVERY country iin the World is tied to the dollar THAT'S rapidly changing with BRICS the dollar IS being FALSELY represented and hanging on by its teeth BUT it WILL Crash SOON. Ghana is No different than buying in New York or LA. ACCRA is like those cities. People who got in in the 70s and 80s got good deals so now Accra is like those cities you now have to go further out. That's why we have suburbs and rural areas IT'S NO different in ANY country. The BEST bargains are further out. We AMERICANS NEED TO UNDERSTAND ECONOMICS. People in The UK are buying Abandoned lands in Foreign countries because it's cheaper than the UK However the properties NEED Massive Work (money) and you have to qualify for citizenship which isn't always granted even if you OWN ( make sure no one Else does) the property. You must understand Real Estate
