  1. This lawyer is not serious, he should understand that the law breakers have defected and a competent court of jurisdiction have said so. So how can people who are in the eyes of the law are no more legislators. He said himself that they defected

  2. When a very crocked agbaya is intervening in a matter, what do you expect to get? Evil people everywhere!! Tonye Cole just earned my respect today. You have spoken well.

  3. So this Fubara case is the only place that Nigeria thinks that a Nigerian Governor Fubara has not respected the law? What about the case of Mazi Ohamadike Nnamdi Kanu, did the Federal government of Nigeria obeyed their law? And why a man discharged by the Nigerian Law Court themselves were still abandoned inside the DSS Cell in Abuja Nigeria? What made the Fubara and the Rivers State so special? But let face the truth concerning Fubara and Rivers State Assembly, why can't the INEC Chairman conduct a fresh election in Rivers State when they know that 27 Assembly Members decamped had already lost their seats via the principle of the Nigerian Constitution? What's stopping INEC Chairman to order a new elections to replace those members?

  4. Tonyr please tinubu is partial, he wants fubara to be cornered. Just look at the previous list of demands tinubu gave fubara? All in favour of wike and apc, can he tinubu take such while as governor?

  5. Also Mr President may have ordered the Juciary to makes sure that judgement is one sided to Pro-Wile interest and he stays aloofly, putting pressure on Fubara,he cares less about whether or not it's at Rivers people interest being that it's when the crisis exist that would pave room for division which he could benefit from in 2027. The only person who truly handle this matter is Mr Jonathan former president, Obasanjo, Mrs Odili or Mr Odili and Ada George this neutral people would be able to convince the 27 defected member of the house and Wike and Fubara respectively

  6. Mr. Cole, people we'll really have
to recognized you today as a future leader of the people in the Rivers State. There is something a person will do and we will know that surely, such individual can for go his personal ambitions for the betterment of the people. This is a rear quality in Nigeria that was displayed by Mr. Cole.
Mr. Cole has such great quality. Fubara should work with him closely for the betterment of everybody in Rivers State. Nigeria Court had destroyed the rule of law in Nigeria. They sold the laws to the highest bidders. It's a shame really. Let us remind the the judges about the article of the Constitution that says that you lost your seat when you left you party that elected you to decamped to another party. What other explanation did any judge needed to to do what the constitution says?

  7. I think what happened between Wike and Fubara was the hand work of some external ambitious politicians. Wike was open and willing to support Fubara for his re-election but something happened. Politics as we all know is a game of compromise. The political structure in Rivers State as at then was to accommodate Fubara's political interest as well as that of Wike. Wike's interest is not in Rivers but at the national level. But when Fubara started dismantling the structure that was to accommodate their interests (Fubara and Wike) as masterminded by external forces, that to me I feel was the beginning of the problem. That structure I believe was their understanding. The structure will guarantee Fubara's re-election and Wike's national political interest. Removing the ladder after climbing particularly when it was designed to serve other interests was ill advised.
