Sadly there are a lot of places that Daesh is surviving. In Africa their biggest areas are the border along Niger and Chad and northern Libya. There is also some in the western mountains of Afghanistan on the border of Pakistan. Also in Uzbekistan and in central Yemen there are many who are still loyal to Daesh. CNN did an interview with one who fled back to Belgium where he is living on a government welfare program and he is out walking around free. Plus is you watch the many documentaries that NatGeo, Frontline and Vice and some others did on them, many of the followers of Daesh are clearly showing their faces and saying their names and they haven't been caught. So with all of the advanced facial recognition tech that governments have access to, why haven't those guys been found and hunted down?
