  1. this course is such a great reminder that golf is supposed to be fun. Too many courses are obsessed with being "championship" courses, and they end up being bland and frustrating. This is the perfect combo of fun and challenge. Reminds me of playing Sand Valley (where I ran into EAL funny enough!)

  2. I wish you guys would have seen it before as World Woods and down the street there was the Dunes (an old WW2 bombing range) and those courses were a challenge. Not sure about these ones but look a lot like Streamsong in the video. Used to be think oaks and pines. Pine Barrens at world woods was a great course.

  3. I was fortunate enough to play World Woods both Pine Barrens and Rolling Oaks. This course has many similarities to the Pine Barrens only much better design. I hope this facility has better success than before.

  4. World woods was a great set of courses.. Have they developed the area any more? When I was there, there were like 2 motels, a diner, and a beat up Italian restaurant.

  5. Both the Cabot courses in Nova Scotia are insane. The Cliffs has been described as Pebble Beach on steriods, and having been there 3 times, is really a special course. The first course they opened, the Links, on the same property as the Cliffs, is my favourite course in the world. People go to Cabot Nova Scotia for the cliffs, but if i could play the Links every day, id be a happy man.

  6. Courses like this are dumb. Most people suck at golf and these courses punish them times 10. Slows down play. Slows down maintenance. Eventually owners get cheap and lay workers off and neglect to maintain it properly. Seen it happen alot at these types of courses. Owners sell out of property for homes and turn cheap and try to sell it to some suckers.

  7. This is wild because I live 10 minutes away from Cabot never woulda thought a star YouTuber would have golfed in my little town soon to be my potential home course

  8. Grant, went to PBA and spent a pga show with EAL back in the day with him and the crew right as random golf club was starting out. Dude is the absolute man. Chillest and classiest man in golf

  9. This used to be called World Woods. I am a little upset that it was bought over and now the price is a little much. Glad to see you enjoyed it, it used to be a hidden gem. The only thing that was out there was the clubhouse. There were no villas, and no houses and it was amazing.

  10. I played World Woods a handful of times back in the day and the pine barrens course was a great track. It looks like the re-design is stunning from tee to green……but I have no idea why they felt the need to "trick" up the greens with huge mounds and swells. The average golfer hates that putt putt style. It makes for a miserable round especially when its a destination course that you dont play often and cant "learn" all the bumps and humps. From what I have seen on this video so far I wont be making the trip to play it. So thanks Grant 🙂 it saves me money and a trip. Love watching your content though!!!! Its AWESOME!!

  11. Grant! I played World Woods so many times and I wasn’t even aware they finally opened the new course. This video is an absolute treat. And to think you were only 30 min away from me! So cool
