  1. Even better when when you're in Africa as we dont have all the extra additives, preservatives and whatever else you put in your food. Its all natural, wholesome foods, shared with great people and made with love.

  2. Nice watch!
    Ugali (something close to fufu but made with ground maize meal) goes best with nyama choma served with side helping of kachumbari ( a type of salsa)
    Small correction iro is a traditinal food of the Kikuyu which is a sub tribe in Kenya.

  3. I’m so glad they’re getting the chance to try African foods. They are soooooooooooo slept on. A lot of my baby sitters growing up were West African so I was lucky enough to get west African food as a child

  4. Ethiopian food is not influenced by Europeans at all we have books older than most European nations as a country, Ethiopia is the oldest nation in Africa, don't misinform about my culture.አንቺ አይጥ።
